1. Introduction

Welcome to IRAX Global. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the IRAX Global website, international recruitment services, employer requests, candidate applications and all related contractual arrangements.

2. Company Services

IRAX Global provides international recruitment and workforce placement services including:

• Candidate sourcing and screening;
• Employer matching;
• Administrative assistance;
• Relocation coordination;
• Recruitment documentation support;
• Visa process coordination support;
• Escrow-based commitment guarantee administration.

3. Candidate Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information;
• Submit valid documentation;
• Comply with immigration and employment regulations;
• Respect contractual commitments undertaken during recruitment.

Providing false information may result in immediate termination of the recruitment process.

4. Employer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate job information;
• Respect applicable labor laws;
• Provide agreed working conditions;
• Respect salary and benefit commitments.

5. Refundable Commitment Guarantee Program

Certain recruitment programs may require participation in a Refundable Commitment Guarantee Program. The purpose of the guarantee is to:

• Demonstrate candidate commitment;
• Reduce abandoned recruitment procedures;
• Protect employers from recruitment losses;
• Improve recruitment reliability.

The guarantee is NOT:

• A recruitment fee;
• A visa fee;
• Payment for obtaining employment;
• Payment for immigration services.

6. Escrow Arrangements

Where applicable, guarantee funds may be held through an escrow arrangement and released only according to signed contractual agreements.

7. Refund Conditions

The guarantee may be refunded when:

• The contractual employment period is successfully completed;
• The employer withdraws for reasons not attributable to the candidate;
• The recruitment process cannot continue for reasons outside the candidate's control;
• The contractual refund conditions are satisfied.

8. Non-Refund Situations

The guarantee may become non-refundable when:

• The candidate voluntarily abandons the recruitment process;
• The candidate fails to report to work;
• The candidate leaves employment before the agreed period;
• False information or fraudulent documentation is submitted;
• Contractual obligations are breached.

9. Visa Approval Disclaimer

Visa approvals, work permits and immigration decisions are made exclusively by governmental authorities. IRAX Global cannot guarantee visa issuance, work permit approval or entry authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

IRAX Global shall not be liable for:

• Government decisions;
• Visa refusals;
• Immigration restrictions;
• Employer business closures;
• Force majeure events;
• Circumstances outside its reasonable control.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, graphics, text, branding and materials are the property of IRAX Global unless otherwise stated.

12. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

IRAX Global reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions become effective upon publication on this website.
